Quality Aircraft Acrylics, Inc. is an FAA certified facility for the repair and manufacture of wing tip lenses for commercial aircraft. We have been in business for 20 years. Our technicians are highly skilled in both the repair and manufacturing operations.

REPAIRS

We have an excellent repair for polycarbonate and acrylic parts that allows these parts to remain in service much longer. In addition, a protective hardcoat is applied to outer surface. The price is very reasonable and the part will last much longer before needing to be replaced with a new lens. Most lenses are discarded when cracked or crazed, when they can be repaired. We repair many models of lenses for Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Fokker and Airbus Aircraft. See additional information under Services.

NEW PARTS

We also manufacture MD80 clear wing tip lenses and DC9 red and green wing tip lenses. Our lenses are quality products, formed from GE aircraft grade polycarbonate. We apply an excellent hard coat process to the surface to maintain clarity and improve abrasion resistance. See more info under Services.
